Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide the best services to our customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel your hosting services. Please read the following cancellation policy carefully:

  1. Cancellation Process
    To cancel your services, you must submit a cancellation request through our Support Portal. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team via WhatsApp, live chat, or support ticket.

  2. Refunds

    • Web Hosting and Reseller Hosting: If you cancel your hosting plan within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.
    • Other Services (Web Designing, App Development, VPS, Dedicated Servers, etc.): Refunds are not applicable once the service has been initiated or completed.
  3. Account Deactivation
    Upon successful cancellation, your account will be deactivated, and all associated services, including website hosting and email services, will be terminated. It is your responsibility to back up all data before the cancellation request is processed.

  4. Outstanding Balances
    If there are any outstanding balances on your account, you must settle them before the cancellation is finalized.
